While this will cause some differences for colored images, it’s not what’s going on here, since both images are all-white. I’ve been having problems with black or white pixels around transparent images for ages and the other solutions just don’t seem convenient. On Windows, exe files are executable by default and dragging onto an exe file is a shortcut for running it with the file as the first argument. In other words, make it executable then run redneck spins it with your image file as the first argument. Once you have a pixelfix executable, you can drag images onto it to fix them. The ideal way to use Pixelfix is to make an executable file and either drag images to it or use the “Send To” functionality of Windows.
Thanks to @hahamonkey5 and @robDR for making this feature a reality! This is something that you have been requesting for many years so we are happy to finally deliver it to you. We just released a dark theme for Studio!
This SHOULD be a server script. It may be risky to have enabled in some cases. Make sure LoadstringEnabled is enabled (in ServerScriptService). Can The Block please get unrestricted in my country? No, it’s just that Roblox is apparently afraid of Russians and blocked The Block in Russia, thanks.
Side Notes
You don’t need a localscript. Because of the fact that The Block is restriscted in my country I’m not able to vote the games for the categories and I’m also not able to get items either. Anyway, I don’t know why but I think the pathname argument isn’t being recognised; I can verify the pathname argument is being received because it gives me a Not a directory error when it’s wrong I think Roblox could definitely offer to modify images upon upload, or provide it as an option. However, this does change image composition so it’s not something always desirable, although in 99% of cases it is.
